The properties are rented. Crowd with Us will oversee the property management and letting. You are paid a monthly share of the property’s net rental income as dividends, directly proportionate to your share holding in the company. We cannot predict the future and the exact amount you will make. However, we can say that investing in property is a tried and tested model which, due to the property being a physical asset, can be viewed as being more secure than investing in startup companies or in any non secured asset. Property is a physical asset you can both see and touch.

For our Loan Notes we offer a fixed return. Interest payable at 6-10% p.a.
