You Purchase Shares

You purchase shares in a company specifically setup for a special purpose (SPV) which owns a single buy-to-let flat or house. You can sit back and relax whilst each property is purchased with approximately 50% investor funds & 50% mortgage taken out by the directors of Crowd with Us. We call this a ‘hybrid’ mortgage model. Learn more

You receive 100% Rental Income
(minus costs)

The properties are rented. Crowd with Us will oversee the property management and letting. You are paid a monthly share of the property’s net rental income as dividends, directly proportionate to your share holding in the company. The net rental income is calculated from the gross income less the running costs of the property and the company. Refer to the Financial summary for each property for full calculations. Learn more

We cannot predict the future and the exact amount you will make. However, we can say that investing in property is a tried and tested model which, due to the property being a physical asset, can be viewed as being more secure than investing in startup companies or in any non secured asset. Property is a physical asset you can both see and touch.
